We believe the best way to start the week is with a workout. Starting your week off right, makes it that much easier to finish STRONG. We have classes for all ages and experience levels on Monday, so kick off your week by putting health, strength and fitness first.
4:30 pm Little Dragons
5:00 pm Jr. White & Yellow Belts
5:30 pm Jr. Orange & Green Belts
5:30 pm Jr.Purple thru Black Belts
6:00 pm Adult & Teen Martial Arts
